How quoting works

    We look at your website, Google, email, tech and admin, and work out what would make the biggest difference.

  2. Step 2: Fixed quote

    A one-page quote in plain English. What we'll do, what it costs, how long it takes. The price you agree to is the price you pay.

  3. Step 3: 50% to start, 50% at launch

    Half when you say go, half when it's live. Monthly care, if you want it, is month to month.

What affects the price

It mostly comes down to four things.

Why don't you list prices?
Because a sparky with two staff needs something very different to a clinic with twelve. Rather than squeeze you into a package, we quote for exactly what you need after the free check-up.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. If we've quoted it, that's the price. If you ask for something extra along the way, we'll quote that separately before doing it.
Is the monthly care plan required?
No. Plenty of people just want it set up properly. Care is there if you'd rather not think about it again.
Can I cancel the monthly care?
Yes, with a minimum of 30 days written notice. No exit fees, and once everything's paid up, you keep it all.
Are there any other costs?
Some tools have their own small fees, like text messages or software licences. We list every one in your quote and pass them on at cost.
